Embrace the New You

The thing is, you may know what you need to do, love yourself and know your worth, but that is easier said than done!

One of the biggest obstacles I’ve faced on my journey to my dream life is the belief that I am worthy of everything I desire. This worthiness block prevents us from experiencing some of the most beautiful aspects of life: true love, true abundance, and true joy.

It can feel a little scary, right? What about the possibility of heartbreak again? What about the pain? What if you don’t get what you desire? What if true love isn’t meant for you? What if joy is just a made-up feeling that’s impossible to truly experience? What if your dream life isn’t really possible? What if you can only attain some parts of it, but not all?

Even if you yearn for love, abundance, and joy, a worthiness wound will push away all the good things that come your way.

Whether your worthiness wound originated in childhood, stemmed from losing someone you loved, or simply arose from life’s challenges, it is YOUR responsibility to heal it and welcome in the goodness that is rightfully yours.

We need to start remembering who we are, what we are worthy of, and remind ourselves that our dream life is just a few thoughts away—just a few aligned actions away!
